Getting a flat stomach requires doing multiple things. One of them is knowing how to use amino acids intra or during your workout to achieve the fastest and maximum results.

What are amino acids?

Amino acids put simply are the building blocks of protein and each amino acid has a benefit that leads to a huge benefit when all combined together.

When to use amino acids to get a flat stomach?

One way of burning more calories and preserving muscle is to get an amino acid drink and always drink it during all cardio and weight training workouts. They often taste great too and last about a month.

Having more muscle by weight training will make you burn the most calories,so it’s important that you aren’t burning muscle off while you’re trying to build it. That’s what amino acids do, they prevent muscle loss while trying to build muscle.

Especially amino acids like Leucine, Arginine, and Tryptophan. There are many more included in the mix but those are just a few that work great.

Some of the brands that work good are Xtend, Monster Amino,and thousands others. Just ask around or research amino acid intra workout drinks and then go pick one up that is a reputable brand and has a flavor you like. I personally love green apple and orange flavors. Grape is usually good too.

It’s not going to be a hit after one night of using it, you must use it consistently and never workout without it. Look at it this way, it’s a tool to help you be burn more fat, allowing you to get that flat stomach much faster than not using it.

To get a flat stomach, you know to cut carbs and sugars as much as you can, do alot of calorie burning cardio to burn off calories, try to eat as clean as possible for as long as possible while doing, and you need to supplement smart to make things as effective as they get.

It’s not easy to do or everyone would be walking around with that ideal flat stomach. But it’s definitely doable with a little bit of the right knowledge of what to do, and the consistently and belief that all of it is worth it.

Amino acids will make each workout that much more efficient by doing it and I swear by it. Never workout without it. I switch up the brands and flavors all the time but the same ingredients and what not are basically the same.

If you’re not doing amino acids now during your workouts, I highly recommend you do, especially if you want to burn off fat and the goal is to get a flat stomach in the near future.

Another benefit is to aim to drink a gallon of water a day. You can either put the amino acids in your gallon to make all that water taste better or you can just add the amino acids scoop to your 20 or 32 ounce bottle of water during each cardio session and weight training workout.

Over the course of a year, I don’t know a percent that it will boost your results by doing this, but it works big time. So much that I wouldn’t even try not doing it. You get alot of these amino acids from clean protein and food sources, but the problem is eating the right amount of the same foods all the time.

That’s where the aminos come into play. Get them in, lose more fat, and specifically belly fat, and be more efficient at attacking the belly fat for a flat stomach sooner.

Depending what or how deep your goals go for yourself, there are ways to quickly look sexier now, and then there are the goals that you are going to have to put in the correct learning and effort to achieve.

Being a fitness model and a certified personal trainer, I can tell you some ways that will help you get started having a sexier body more quickly then others. This isn’t meant to be a loop hole or short cut, but if it can help you lead to bigger goals, so be it.

Here are 10 ways to look sexier a little more quickly for yourself now

1.Make it a point to reduce carbs and sugars more than you do now. Any cuts in those two will make you look and feel better quickly.

2.Drink more water daily. For a boost in calorie burning and weight loss, drink a gallon of water every single day. Try It for a week or two.

3.Fast walk for an hour 5 days a week. This will get you in the habit of that feel good feeling you get from exercise. You can move up to other exercise once you get that hook of the good mood from a daily walk.

4.Eat a lot of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries. Whether it be in a smoothie, or by thenselves, berries are super foods for how you look and feel. You’ll look younger and burn more fat eating berries consistently.

5.Get some sun. Vitamin D for men will boost testosterone a bit and bring up your mood for better, more motivated workouts and a more lean looking you.

6.Change your routine. If you usually lift with machines, switch to dumbbells and if you usually do 15 reps, do 4 sets of 10 reps instead. Challenge yourself as much as you can.

7.Eat more spices and peppers. This will help your metabolism stay higher which equals more calorie and fat burning throughout the day.

8. Do 3 sets of 20 of any ab exercise after every other cardio or walking session. It adds up and only takes 10 minutes.

9. Buy protein shots in a case and have one a day. Increasing your protein intake by 20-50 grams a day will boost your metabolism and make your muscles stronger, motivating you to train harder or more often. Only takes a sec to take a protein shot.

10.Supplement with a multivitamin everyday. Will increase anything you do daily and adds up over the course of of a year.

Here are some tips for you from a fitness perspective to start using the best 4 upper body workout pieces of info out there.

Mind you, these upper body workout tips are time tested, used by professionals to look their best the fastest so that you get to read this and cut out wasting any time or error and concentrate on getting yourself the results.

Buy Gym ShirtUsually, when I train in the gym, I like to spread out my workouts over 4 or 5 days out of the week simply because this way(if the right split and rest is used) will burn the most fat which I found leaves you the leanest.

However, not everyone has the time or schedule to train all out 5 days a week, and I completely understand. This is why you may want to still use an effective split such as Monday(upper body), Wednesday(lower body) and Friday(full body with different exercises, or something like yoga or playing a sport).

1.Routine Fail

Don’t fall into the wrong routine-Everyone uses routines to consistently make progress, it’s human nature. However, make sure to use routine for the right reasons and to get to the gym to workout, but don’t fall into routine on your workouts.

Avoid doing the same exercises in the same order at the same weight and reps all you can. Avoid it at all costs. Always remember that it doesn’t take much for your body to adjust to the difficulty and become bored with results. But at the same token, changing it even slightly each time will supercharge results because your body is being challenged and doesn’t know what to expect.

Even changing the weight by 5 lbs on each exercise or just trying a new exercise for each body part each time will change everything. You don’t need to change everything to change everything so to spead. Change something small each time, and that will change everything each time. Ya dig?

2. Water=20%

Drink enough water during your upper body workout-Most people just do not drink enough water. I know, water,water, water. If it wasn’t so important, I wouldn’t mention it. But it is so important for results because it is something to do with almost every function your body does. Same goes with efficiency of your metabolism or fat burning.

Look at drinking 1 gallon a day. Drink as much during your workout as you can muster. If you could just take a pill that guarantees each workout you do will get you to your goal 20% faster safely, would you take it? Of course. That is what water will do if consistently drank at 1 gallon per day.

3. Don’t be afraid to challenge your upper body to get lean, male or female.

Just because you don’t have a spotter or are afraid to push the bar a bit, just hop onto a machine that makes sure you’re safe and go out of your comfort zone a bit. If you usually use a weight that you can honestly get for 10 reps, add in a couple sets where you can only get 4 or 5 reps. You won’t bulk up doing this, it will make your muscles respond better and give you better results

4. Weaknesses First

Try to remember to start off your upper body workout with any weaknesses you may have, or what they call “bringing up a bodypart”. The reason for this is so that one, you change your workout like in number 1 mentioned above by switching out of your routine, and two, you get to use your fresh strength and endurance first for these exercises which allows you to give your all into it.

Remembering to put your weakness first in your upper body workout will make it easier for you to build a complete and even attractive look.
